General Information

'Evrabister' is situated in a lovely setting right next to the trees at Kergord, just along the road from the Bonhoga Gallery at the Weisdale Mill.

This charming cottage was featured on BBC’s Scotland Home of the Year and was awarded a place in the final while judges praised the owner’s work to create a place of “respite and comfort” without losing the traditional feel of the croft, getting a near perfect score of 28 out of 30. New double-glazed windows were installed in 2020 along with a refitted bathroom suite and new radiators.

Accommodation

Back through the living room, a second door leads to the rear hallway and remaining accommodation. The carpeted hallway has a handy built-in cupboard, side window and clothes pulley over.

We have availed ourselves of services provided by Harper Macleod of Lerwick, both in buying and selling residential property. Our needs on both these occasions were fully met and the service provided by them made our task in these circumstances, seemingly without effort.

Prior to this we had also received very helpful general advice pertaining to Shetland real estate from them. This was a tremendous benefit to us at the time.

If you are seeking cost effective, excellent real estate marketing and legal services, we would not hesitate in recommending Harper Macleod of Lerwick.
