As already noted, the property is within walking distance of Commercial Street and town centre amenities, a short walk to the end of the road and down Knab Road taking you to Church Road and beyond to the small boat harbour area. There are also pleasant walks around The Knab behind the house where there is a small nine hole pitch & putt golf course.
