The good-sized kitchen / diner has modern fitted units and a sink, vinyl flooring, plus plenty of space for a dining table & chairs. Like the living room above, the kitchen / diner has windows to the front and rear, and a fine view over the north harbour area and beyond. The cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, table & chairs are included in the sale although no warranties will be given. Heating is provide by a storage heater.

Take the second turning left into Burnside and follow the road uphill, around to the right, and then left to it’s end where there is a public parking area. Park to the left. The footpath down to No. 7 is in the left-hand corner, No.7 being the left hand house of the pair of semi-detached houses directly in front of you.
