General Information

The property is situated at the very southern end of the South Mainland area of Shetland approximately 23 miles south of Lerwick in the of Toab where there is a local shop & post office within walking distance. Sumburgh airport for air travel to mainland Scotland is also close by, other amenities in the area being situated at Dunrossness about 3 miles to the north where there is another shop, a small DIY store, fuel pumps and the area’s primary school. Lerwick - Sumburgh bus services run along the main road a short distance from the house.

Accommodation

The property has its own entrance at ground floor level, stairs leading up to a small landing outside the flat, where there is a handy store cupboard. From here a door opens to a hall laid with laminate flooring, ample storage space being provided by three built-in cupboards, one for coats etc., the third larger cupboard having a hatch to the loft space.

First on the left is the bathroom comprising a white three piece suite, the bath having a mixer tap / shower fitting over, heating being provided by a wall-mounted fan heater and a heated towel rail. The flooring is vinyl.
