General Information

11 Grindibrek is situated in the village of Skeld which lies on the west side of Skelda Voe on the south side of the West Mainland area of Shetland approximately 25 miles from Lerwick. There is a marina and campsite just below the house and a primary school and fuel pumps nearby. Further amenities are available at Bixter, approximately 8 miles back towards Lerwick, where there is a local shop & post office with fuel pumps, a health centre, vets surgery and garage. The West Mainland Leisure Centre / swimming pool and Junior High School are situated at Aith, 3 miles north of Bixter. There is another shop, primary school and health centre at Walls to the west.
